The North County Home, Garden & Gourmet Expo is happy to annouce its Fall 2011 Cake Decorating Competition! All are invited to submit an entry, and the top 8 will compete in the live competition on September 11th. The live competition is free for attendees to come and watch the decorators in action!
HOW TO ENTER:
Entrants will submit one or more high quality color photos of any previously decorated cake and the below application to:

Prints should be at least 4”x 6” (jpg 300 dpi). Be sure to PRINT your name, mailing address, email address, date of birth, and daytime phone number on the back of each photo, or include the same in your email with a jpg attachment.
All entrants (mail and email) must be received by noon on Monday August 22nd, 2011. Late entries may not be eligible. 8 entrants for the live cake decorating competition will be chosen from those entries and be notified via e-mail or phone on Wednesday August 24th, 2011 and will then be notified of the theme for the live competition. REMEMBER: Include your EMAIL ADDRESS and PHONE NUMBER so we may contact you.
