Mulholland construction has been building homes for over 30 years, and on the Central Coast since 1981. We have built mountain style homes in Lake Tahoe, beach front and ocean view homes along the central coast and over 200 homes in North County. We service all of the central coast from Morro Bay to Cambria and from Paso Robles to San Luis Obispo. We are very customer oriented. We complete all of our projects in an organized and timely manner. We have done a variety of different work, from upper end homes to affordable housing. We construct custom homes, remodels, additions, design consultation, take care of the permit process and even land development.
